Occasionally a call will be cut off in the middle of your time. Or other technical issues may occur. When this happens, you need to contact GTL to get credit for that phone time.
GTL has a California Customer Service line: 1-888-415-0377. Call this number and explain the issue. Request a ticket number and write it down. If your problem is not resolved, you can call the CDCR Help Desk at 1-866-989-4347 and escalate the issue. Before calling this number, please have the ticket number (if one was provided), the date and time of the call, and the specific location (Prison, Yard, Building) from which the call was made. The CDCR Help Desk will work with GTL to research your issue and provide a resolution.
